Empty Nest

In a couple of months my sister will join me in the empty nest department. It has it's perks but sometimes it is hard. I dealt with it nicely for the past three years with the boys being relatively close by. Then they got an apartment...I had such an emotional time leaving Jake there back in May. We had went to the awards ceremony and I took him home after and kissed him goodbye and left him in his own home. It was so weird...I felt sad and proud at the same time. Here's Josh and Megan the day we got the beds moved in. What a cute couple!!

Here is Lauren checking out the seating and the view in the bright new home. Below is Jake having his first meal in the new place. Time stands still for noone!!

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care in hopes that Aunt Jo would soon be there. Sorry ladies...... Merry Christmas Eve.. I wish I were there. See you come the weekend. Enjoy the Magic of the Season. OXOXO Jo Jo

Wondeful Weather and Halloween!!

Love the pictures of the homestead Jo!! What beautiful weather we have been lucky to have. We took advantage of it and rode for three days. Probably some of my last rides of the year. I actually get sad!! Boy do I miss the kids being little this time of year. Making costumes and pulling my hair out. Remember the kids trick ot treating over here. Where do the years go?? Make sure Vinny sees this one of Em!!! Hey...at least it isn't a naked one!!

RFA HOMECOMING

Well it's hard to believe fall is here already. Homecoming dance is tonight and the kids both looked great.......two hours at the hair dressers.......and a little fender bender (not me) Ashley's friend... and they're off hopefully that's the worse the night will bring......Hope you like the pictures....Gosh those kids look great who's kids are they??? LOL........Haha

Family Christmas

Hello gals....well it's the last week of September and we still haven't made any plans for our "Week of Christmas together". I know we all need to check our schedules but maybe we can plan something and then pick a date later. I am thinking we should draw names...give me some feedback.
