Cabbage Roll Making

Here Mom and Lou are making cabbage rolls. Lou has wanted to learn how to do this for years and today is the day!! WooHoo!! Hey JoJo, wish you were here!! We need a little Polly, mom is already starting to abuse me! Notice the large knife in her hand. I am having flashbacks from my childhood only the knife was smaller!! Love you Mom!! Doesn't Lou look so proud. That is her first pig in a blanket. Doesn't take much to entertain us. Here they are being tigresses. Ggrrrr.....baby Ggrrrr!! Oh shit..I actually think they were gritting their teeth at me. Oops!

And the day would not be complete without Mom doing her impression of Eve. That's a pretty big fig leaf Mom!!

And this is what we intend to do with the little buggers when they are cooked. Yummy in my tummy.

Well, the event is over. We also made pea soup and Indian soup. Just need to go home and make Johnny cake.
